Great Oak Girls Capture State Cross Country Championship ... Again!Published by
Posted by Donal Pearce , December 05, 2013 at 10:19 PM For the third time in four years, the girls cross country team from Great Oak High School was crowned the state champion in Division 1. The win came as the girls raced in the Nov. 30 competition at Woodward Park in Fresno. The Wolfpack is now in Portland, Oregon to compete in the Nike Cross Nationals meet. The team earned the state champions title in 2010 and 2012, and have previously competed at the prestigious Nike meet. The Wolfpack boys this season finished 12th at the state meet.
